The service is provided by AI Build Group Ltd, trading as Savi Education, company number 17151645, UKPRN 10101917, with its registered office at Unit 19 Castle Road, Sittingbourne ME10 3RG. By creating an account, making a purchase or using the service, you agree to these terms. If a parent, carer or organisation provides access for a young person, that adult or organisation is responsible for authorising the account and helping the learner understand these terms.
2. Access and availability
Course pages may describe planned content before it is available. A course labelled "coming soon" is not open for enrolment or purchase. We may add, update, suspend or withdraw features and content, and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Any specific paid access period or minimum technical requirements shown at the point of purchase form part of these terms.
3. Accounts
Account information must be accurate and kept up to date. Sign-in details are personal and must be protected. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. You may not access another person's account or misrepresent your identity, age, authority or relationship to a learner.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service unlawfully or in a way that harms, exploits, bullies or endangers another person;
- upload malware, probe security, interfere with operation or attempt unauthorised access;
- copy, scrape, resell or redistribute protected content except where law or written permission allows;
- submit content that infringes rights, reveals confidential information or is materially misleading; or
- use AI or other tools to evade assessment rules or impersonate another person.
We may investigate misuse and take proportionate action to protect learners, other users and the service.
5. Educational information
Learning content supports study but does not replace a learner's school, teacher, examination board materials or professional advice. Users should check important information and follow the requirements of their school, awarding body or assessment provider. We do not guarantee a particular grade, qualification, job or other outcome.
6. Prices, payment and refunds
Where paid services are offered, the price, taxes and billing basis will be shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms.

7. Intellectual property
SAVI Education content, branding, software and service design belong to AI Build Group Ltd or its licensors. We grant authorised users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use available content for its intended educational purpose during their period of access.
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service, subject to our privacy notice.
8. Safety, privacy and AI
Our safeguarding policy, privacy notice and AI policy explain our relevant practices. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999 rather than relying on the service or waiting for our response.
9. Suspension and ending access
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security, safeguarding, legal, payment or serious misuse concerns. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. Provisions intended to continue after access ends, including intellectual property and liability provisions, remain effective.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to those mandatory protections, the agreed liability limit is [LIABILITY CAP].
11. General
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. We may update these terms for legal, security or service reasons and will give proportionate notice of material changes where required.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts with jurisdiction will be determined by applicable UK consumer and civil procedure law.
