AI Build Group Ltd, trading as Savi Education, is the controller responsible for your personal information. Our company number is 17151645, our UKPRN is 10101917, and our registered office is Unit 19 Castle Road, Sittingbourne ME10 3RG.
We are not currently registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. We will update this notice when registration is complete.

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:
- identity and contact details, including names, email addresses and age or year-group information;
- account, family or organisation relationships and sign-in records;
- learning activity, answers, progress, achievements and course interactions;
- payment and transaction details, although payment card details are handled by our payment provider;
- messages, support requests and safeguarding reports sent to us;
- device, browser, IP address, security and service usage information; and
- preferences and any information you choose to provide.
We ask users not to include unnecessary special category information in free-text fields. If safeguarding information is provided, we handle it carefully and only where necessary.
3. How and why we use information
We use personal information to:
- create and administer accounts and provide learning services;
- show progress and achievements to authorised pupils, parents, carers or organisations;
- process purchases, maintain records and respond to enquiries;
- protect users, investigate misuse and meet our safeguarding responsibilities;
- keep the service secure, reliable and accessible;
- improve content and understand service performance; and
- meet legal, regulatory, accounting and reporting duties.
Our lawful bases under UK data protection law may include performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, protecting vital interests, pursuing legitimate interests that do not override individual rights, and consent where we specifically request it. Where special category information is involved, we also identify an appropriate additional condition.
4. Children and young people
SAVI School is designed for young people as well as adults supporting them. We use age-appropriate language and seek only the information needed to provide and protect the service. A parent, carer, school or other authorised adult may manage access or receive progress information where the account arrangement permits.

5. Sharing information
We may share information with vetted suppliers that provide hosting, identity, communications, analytics, payment, support or security services; with an authorised parent, carer, school or organisation; with professional advisers; or with authorities where the law, safety or safeguarding requires it. Suppliers may only use information for agreed purposes and must protect it.
We do not sell personal information.
6. International transfers
Some suppliers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we use a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual clauses.
7. Retention and security
Our detailed retention periods are [RETENTION PERIODS]. We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, security and safeguarding needs, and then delete or anonymise it securely.
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online service is completely secure, so users should keep account details private and contact us if they suspect misuse.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to particular uses. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions.

9. Cookies and changes
